Coaching Circles - Experience Deep Listening & Collective Insight

In this interactive workshop, you’ll engage directly with Coaching Circles, a peer-based leadership method developed by the MIT Presencing Institute.

Through deep listening, collective reflection, and generative dialogue, you will bring your real-life questions to the group and discover how the wisdom of many can illuminate new solutions. This is your chance to experience how Coaching Circles empower every participant, foster genuine trust, and spark innovative breakthroughs by ensuring every voice is heard. Depending on how many people register, we will be able to accommodate 2-4 challenges.
