About the event
Reconnect with your body and discover new depths of self-awareness at our upcoming Somatic Workshop! Through gentle movement, mindful exploration, and guided practices, we’ll actively engage to better understand and appreciate our unique embodied experience. By the end of the session, you’ll have the opportunity to share your insights in a supportive group circle.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring an open heart. Everyone is welcome!
